Roberts is also an accomplished artist, interior designer and chef, she has a residential real estate business and catering business Katmondo Lifestyle. Katmondo means "Kate's world" in Italian and has grown out of being inspired by her travels to over 120 countries.

Having sold 47 Katmondo art pieces around the world she continues to be inspired by her surrounding, travels, love, emotions and mostly the people who are in her life. She paints her experiences.
